How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within one working day. If it is urgent, say so in the message and it moves up the queue.
Do you charge for the first conversation or the scope?
No. The call and the written scope are free, and the scope is yours to keep whether or not you work with us.
Do you work with clients outside Lucknow?
Yes. Most of our work is remote, across India and abroad. Being in Lucknow matters for clients who want someone they can meet; it is not a limit on who we work with.
What should I include in the first message?
What you are trying to build, who will use it, anything it has to connect to, and your rough timeline. A budget range helps us scope realistically, but it is not required.
Will I be handed to a salesperson?
No. You talk to the people who would do the work. There is nobody here whose job is to close you.
