1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sloctech services and web application portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property

All custom software designs, 3D graphics, claymorphic theme components, code modules, and telemetry systems developed by Sloctech remain protected by international copyright laws.

3. Service Level Agreements

Uptime targets, maintenance scope and response times are defined in each signed contract or statement of work. Where no such document exists, no service level is implied.
